Maintenance Work Order Request
Please find the following directions for submitting a maintenance request.
For BUSINESS HOURS (M-to-F 8am to 5pm) maintenance requests, including emergencies
1. Please call our main line number (503) 288-2923 extension number 1, or email .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address).
2. If it is an emergency, someone will reach out to you during the same business day of the call.
3. If it is not an emergency, a call back will be scheduled to you in the next 48 hours.
4. If there is no answer when PCRI calls back or if a voicemail is left with no follow up, the call will be closed as non-responsive/no-follow up.
5. Calls with NO PERMISSION TO ENTER will not be categorized as EMERGENCIES.
For AFTER-HOURS and WEEKEND calls are for EMERGENCY Service requests:
1. Please call our After-Hours Emergency line at (503) 265-9634.
2. Someone will reach out as soon as possible via phone or text to troubleshoot and gather information about the issue.
3. Please answer your phone or respond to the text PCRI will send to your phone following the after-hours request, if there is no response, the Dispatch Call will be canceled.
Emergency is defined as:
• Active fire,
• Active flooding
• Active electrical sparks
Next day urgent work is defined as:
• Toilet overflowing or plugged
• No Water/ No Hot Water
• No heating
• No electricity in whole unit
