Kafoury Court

Kafoury Court is a housing community opening in 2025. It was developed by PCRI and is jointly managed with Quantum Property Management. The goal of Kafoury Court is to provide permanent supportive housing for people who have experienced homelessness.

How to Apply:

1. Find an agency that can complete a Multnomah Services and Screening Tool (MSST) assessment.
2. Work with the agency to fill out the assessment.
3. The agency will send the completed assessment to the Multnomah County Homeless Services Department (HSD). HSD will score the assessment and place the applicant on a priority list. Placement on the list depends on the answers provided.
4. When a Permanent Supportive Housing unit becomes available, the property manager will contact HSD. HSD will then refer people with the highest priority for that unit.
5. The property management team will interview the referred individuals and decide who meets all the requirements to become a resident.

Please note that housing placement is based on need and eligibility, not on the order in which applications are completed.
