Monday and Wednesday: 9:00 am – 12:30 pm
Friday: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
The Margaret Carter Neighborhood Network Center has numerous events and activities available to PCRI residents. A Resident Services Coordinator is on-site to meet the needs of residents by providing one-on-one assistance combined with information and referrals to PCRI’s community partners. It is also the home of our Career Development program. On-site services include:
- Employment search assistance
- One-on-one resume and cover letter assistance
- Interview preparation coaching
- Computer access and training
- Soft Skill Training
- Resource Referrals
- Other workshops and social events
Maya Angelou Community Center

Monday and Wednesday: 1:00 pm – 6:00 pm
Tuesday and Thursday: 9:00 am – 6:00 pm
Maya Angelou Community Center has numerous events and activities available to PCRI residents. A Resident Services staff member is on-site to meet the needs of residents by providing one-on-one assistance combined with information and referrals to PCRI’s community partners. It is also the home of our Youth Development program. On-site services for adults and youth include:
- Multimedia art classes
- After-school tutoring
- Library Books 2 U program
- Summer Art Camp
- Theater Camp
- Tennis Camp
- Cooking and nutrition education
- Computer access and training
- Other workshops and social events
Park Terrace Community Center

Monday – Thursday 10:00am – 2:00pm
Park Terrace Community Center has numerous events and activities available to PCRI residents. A Resident Services staff member is on-site to meet the needs of residents by providing one-on-one assistance combined with information and referrals to PCRI’s community partners. The center is also available by reservation for Park Terrace residents to use for events and celebrations.
