Our waitlist is now CLOSED and we are no longer accepting any waitlist applications at this time. Please check our website for further updates in the Summer of 2020.

Prospective residents are encouraged to confirm their continued interest in PCRI’s waitlist in January and June of each year and are encouraged to review PCRI Criteria for Residency (screening criteria) prior to application.

When a household’s application has reached the top of the waiting list, applicants will be notified and a non-refundable application screening charge of $35.00 per adult will be required. Additional details are included in PCRI’s Criteria for Residency.

Please note: This is not a waiting list for subsidized (Section 8 ) housing. That list is currently closed. This list is for our Affordable Housing/Income Restricted properties, including HOME funded properties. All applicants must income qualify as well as pass our background screening process. Rents are based on the Area Medium Income (AMI).

The chart below is offered as guideline to help determine if your household income qualifies at a particular income level. Income will be reviewed at the time of leasing to determine final approval:
