2 Bedroom Waitlist is open until June 30th

Here are ways to get a waitlist application:

  • Pick up from our office between 10am-2pm Monday-Friday only
  • Request to mail

Here are ways to submit your completed waitlist application:

  • Drop off at PCRl’s office between 10am-2pm Monday-Friday only
  • Mail to PCRl’s office at 6329 NE MLK Portland, Oregon 97211- must receive by June 30th.
  • Fax to PCRI at 503.288.2891- must call to confirm that we received your fax

Please note the following:

Waitlist applications cannot be filled out in our office. Incomplete applications will not be accepted and/or will be mailed back. If the application is mailed back, you are responsible for submitting the completed application & required documents no later than June 30th .
